Will the kids temperatures be taken before entering the class?
What is the policy for children that get sick (non-covid)? (i.e.general cold, allergies, asthma, pink eye, earaches, flu, etc). Do these children need to be isolated for 14 days and symptom free?
How will the health self-certification be performed, via mobile app, paper, email?

All staff and students must certify daily that they are symptom- and fever-free before getting on a bus or entering the building. We are in the process of identifying the protocol we will use.
That will be based on their symptoms and consultation with your physician. Ear infections and pink eye are not related to COVID-19 and would not be expected to be treated any differently than they have in the past.
D12, like other districts, are exploring all of these methods and will select one that makes the most financial and practical sense.
