Will specials besides Physical Education still be happening?
Will 8th graders get Spanish if remote learning? What if in person?
Will there be a separate staff supporting remote learning & in person learning? Will we know who is doing what?
Will the kids be able to get to know their teachers and have a relationship if they are remote?
If a child with a 504 or iep chooses remote learning will they still have Sped support?
Will kids be alone in classrooms while teachers change classrooms?
For in person session will there be PE? If so, will the students be required to wear masks while doing physical education?
I am worried that if I choose to keep my kids home for e-learning they will be falling behind their class mates learning in school. When all of them return how can I ensure that they are at the similar level. Will they be receiving extra help and support once returning to school?
Will remote learning require a child to be on their laptop for 5 hours each day? Approximately, how much work will the child to physically on paper/in workbook etc?
What does the schedule look like for remote learning?
In a virtual world, does a student with an IEP have to be online at certain times? Can the at home work of the learning pieces be broken between morning, afternoon, and early evening?
If a child in band is a remote learner, will they still get either in person or virtual instruction?
Will we be returning to the normal homework and grading policies as normal or will e-learners get breaks on homework and grading deadlines? In school learners?
The slide show mentioned that students who need Interventions will be scheduled based on classroom cohorts, what does this mean? Will students be taken from class to get interventions or help or do their interventions in the classrooms with class?
For e-learning what does it mean when it said classes can be multi-age? Are you saying that multiple grade levels could be in the same online class?
For e-learning will my 7th grade child be put in one class with only one teacher or will there be different teachers providing live instruction for different subjects?
Since students won’t be switching classes, and teachers will do the switching, will you be pairing students together in classroom cohorts based off skill level? Academic performance?
If choosing e-learning is it possible to do e-learning work with flexibility due to working parents schedules and them helping children. Or are we committing to being available for a specific time frame?

Yes, that is correct. The remote learning teacher will schedule instruction with the different grade levels throughout the 5-hour day. The determination as to whether or not remote learning classes are multi-age will be based on enrollment.
That will be determined once we know overall enrollment for the district and can allocate staff.
At RMS, students will be grouped by math level. At SHS, classes will continue to be mixed ability. Teachers utilize small group instruction to meet the needs of students who need additional support and/or enrichment.
Due to the five-hour requirement of the state, this will be more difficult than it was in the spring. There will be times throughout the day that students will be expected to be online with their teacher.
